Business Developers was formed in 2002 by husband and wife team Keith and Lynne Bell after a collective 35 years in the corporate world working for blue chip organizations. Our aim was - and still is - to provide a broad range of services which would improve the performance of organisations, their teams and their individual employees. We do this by ensuring that we keep abreast of the latest technology, research and thinking, by forging strong ongoing relationships with our clients and by ensuring that if we cannot solve your problem then we know someone who can! The Team Lynne Bell began her career as a software engineer, moving rapidly into software engineering system sales to satisfy her joint fascinations of technology and people. Over the last 10 years Lynne’s studies and work have been all about working with individuals, teams and organisations to improve performance and enable people to be the best they can be. She heads up all the personal and management development work as well as general business consultancy using the Investors in People Standard as a framework.

Keith Bell began his career at GEC-Marconi in 1982 as a systems engineer. His strengths in managing teams, working with demanding customers, multi-million pound project management and his knowledge of best practice means he is perfectly positioned to head up our project management consultancy, bid writing and IT skills training.
